Connect and grow through powerful collaboration
Strong at Eindhoven, ready for Lelystad, expansion at Schiphol
Viggo currently serves three airports in the Netherlands and has maintained a strong position through close cooperation with Eindhoven Airport (EIN), a multi-skilled approach and oVering airport services. In 2018, Viggo won the tender for a 10-year license as the sole ground handler at Lelystad Airport (LEY) and is ready to start as soon as the airport opens. In 2020, Viggo expanded to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) after winning the tender for ground handling of Transavia, home of KLM's subsidiary. Since then, Viggo has added more airlines to its portfolio at Schiphol, further strengthening its position in the airline industry.
We do not see the airline as our customer, but as our business partner.

Local handler
At the 2022 Ground Handling International (GHI) in Amsterdam, several airlines visited our stand and commented, ‘So you guys are the local hero at Schiphol?’. Since then, the term ‘local hero’ has been unheard of. Of course, we don't call ourselves heroes - that is the prerogative of others. But since that moment, we have focused on reinforcing what sets us apart from other world-renowned ground handlers.
