Our ground handling service consists of two main components: passenger- and ramp & baggage handling. Starting from the moment a passenger enters the airport, the passenger handling team’s job is to make the passenger process as pleasant and seamless as possible. As soon as the aircraft lands, our ramp & baggage handling team makes sure it is ready for departure on time. Viggo believes that cooperation throughout the chain ensures optimal performance as a whole. This is why at Eindhoven Airport we also oVer other services such as; Passenger with Reduced Mobility and Marshalling.

Therefore we strongly believe in the close triangle collaboration that we have set up between ground handler, airline and the airport. For instance, we maintain daily communication with the Airport Operations Centre of Schiphol (APOC) and actively participate in projects like implementing fully sustainable taxiing at Schiphol in 2030 and in the vision of a fully autonomous airport in 2050. At Eindhoven Airport we have a common force in innovations to maintain the overall chain performance at a high level, such as the self-service Drop & Go desk.
